Born and raised in Texas, I’m a Longhorn at heart and on paper with a degree from The University of Texas in Radio/Television/Film. I am happily married to the greatest guy EVER named Justin. He puts up with my crazy antics on a daily basis and is fine having his everyday life spilled on the air. We love living in Austin and experiencing the fabulous things this town has to offer in the line of arts, restaurants, nature and AWESOME people!!
My Yorkie, Max, really runs the household with his spunky attitude. My parents refer to him as their "grand dog" and they are my biggest cheerleaders!! They think it's fantastic that I am on the radio in Austin and they can listen via the internet from Dallas. I have done radio for 16 years and have covered many formats. I like to say I've talked TO children (Radio Disney), to people that HAVE children (MAJIC, KVIL, KSCS), and to people that ACT like children (Z-Rock & The Wolf in Dallas) where the listeners and myself love to party!!!!
Things I love in no particular order: travel, my church, animals, friends, Mexican food, Sushi, happy hours, scuba diving, holidays, laughing, staying in touch, candles, top down days, kids, finding the "deals", exercise (except it hurts…hee hee), throwing parties, the beach, shopping...etc.
I feel incredibly blessed to be doing the Morning Show at Majic 95.5!! Imagine having fun, making friends, playing great music all while getting paid!!! I love it and it's amazing to be able to be a part of other people's lives and share my own hopes and dreams as well. You make it possible for us to keep this fun going so THANK YOU for listening and I hope to meet you personally very soon!!
Later Gator!
